Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Fresh and delicious food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Checkin checkout was smooth. We had a comfortable stay. There was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. But from hotel to airport the reception staff arranged a cab.

Plus, we had dinner at the coffee shop- the food was lower than average but service was awful! Taj does take complaints and feedback seriously which makes the stay better than average. ..."
